Preparation of a manuscript

  • Manuscripts should be printed double-spaced (including references, tables, and figure legends) on one side only of A4 paper with a margin of 3 cm on each side in the following order: Title page - Abstract - Introduction - Material and Methods - Results - Discussion - Conclusion (optional) - Acknowledgement (optional) - References - Separate pages: Tables - Graphics - Tables and figures legends.
  • Number all pagesconsecutively (include tables, legends, and graphics).
  • Please use Times Roman 12 pt for text, and Arial fonts for graphics and tables (do not use smaller fonts - the manuscript is harder to read for reviewer).
  • Do not insert any tables or figures into the text, but attach them on separate pages at the end of the manuscript.Graphics should provide enough quality in maximum width of 13 cm.
  • Authors whose native language is other than English are strongly advised to have their manuscripts checked by an English native speaker prior to submission.
  • All tables and figures must be consecutively cited in the text and should not constitute more than 30% of the article. They should be comprehensible without reference to the text.
  • Accepted formats are: Graphics - TIFF, GIF, CDR, BMP, WPG or WMF; Text - Microsoft Word.
  • We accept color graphics and tables - they will be used in PDF files prepared for our Web home page.
  • Do not use capitals in the titles or the section headings.
  • Use only the international system of units of measure (SI). If necessary follow commonly used units can be used: For time - minute (min), hour (h); for volume - cubic decimeter (dm3); For mass - ton (t); for angle measures - degree (o), minute ('), second ('').
